Investor Loans for Rental Property Update 2022

As you may have heard, the Fed is raising interest rates all through 2022. The rise has already been felt and rates throughout the various markets have already begun to cascade. Most economists are forecasting a recession. But don't despair. What goes up must come down, as they say.

In this episode, Beau discussed investor loans, in particular DSCR, and how the Fed rate hikes will impact them. A month ago, DSCR loans were in the 4 percent range; now, they're in the 6 percent range.

Historically, after every recession, rates drop, so potentially an adjustable rate or bridge loan may be a great solution to meet cashflow requirements.
