About Ethan: Ethan Neumann is an entrepreneur, podcast host, syndicator, realtor, and a lifetime learner. He got started in real estate at the age of 18 when he founded a single-family investment company that did $300k in revenue its first year. He currently serves as the co-founder and Director of Investor Relations for Visioneer Capital where he coaches his network and fellow realtors interested in commercial real estate investing.
