Beau sat down with Anthony Scandariato in this episode to talk business.

Anthony began working in the corporate world and realized that he could do better starting his own investment firm. He dove right in and the rest is history.

Now, he's a co-founder at Red Knight Properties and business is booming!

According to Anthony, “We operate a five-phased approach that begins and ends with the acquisition of strong assets that meet our stringent purchase criteria.

“We are commercial real estate investors who acquire well-located apartment & mixed-use properties where we can add value and increase rents through physical upgrades and improved property management practices.”

About Anthony
Prior to forming Red Knight Properties, Anthony Scandariato graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Management. He was a Co-Founder in Ridgeview Partners, specializing in the retail space with a vertical model that provided flexibility to serve multiple customer segments with similar product lines through retail, wholesale, and production contracting channels.

Anthony acquired and developed growth of 110+ retailers within their first-year operations. He later moved on to Acquisitions & Asset Manager Vice President for Vision Properties, where he was directly involved and responsible for sourcing, negotiation, and managing the acquisition of $594MM of Class A office assets.
