Midwest Multifamily, Marketing and More

In this episode, Beau talks with John Casmon, a real estate consultant, about multifamily investing. They talked about John's evolution from corporate America into full-time real estate investing and how his marketing experience in the corporate world carried over into real estate.

John likes this quote from Robert Kiyosaki: “The richest people in the world look for and build networks, everyone else looks for work.”

According to John, you may not have the network today that can buy a multi-million dollar apartment building, but that doesn’t mean you can’t create a powerful network that can.

Watch this interview for some keen insights on building your own network and using it to leverage your real estate portfolio.

About John Casmon
Prior to becoming a full-time investor, John worked in corporate America, overseeing marketing campaigns for General Motors, Nike, and Coors Light.

Now, John is a real estate entrepreneur, who has partnered with busy professionals to invest in over $100 million worth of apartments. John also consults active multifamily investors to help them start or grow their business. He hosts the Target Market : Multifamily Insights podcast (formerly Target Market Insights) and is the co-creator of the Midwest Real Estate Networking Summit.
