Travis Bronik is a real estate investor, attorney, dedicated husband and father of 2 residing in Michigan for the past 38 years. He has been an active real estate investor for the past 17 years. He is the principal and founder of The Coast to Coast Group – a real estate investment and management firm located in Southfield, Michigan focusing on affordable “Section 8” housing. He enjoys helping his clients obtain the same financial freedom that he and his family have enjoyed through real estate investing.

Mr. Bronik has significant real estate holdings in Michigan with additional investments in Tennessee and New Mexico. He invests in single family, multi-family, and commercial projects in both urban and suburban environments using various real estate strategies (lease option, NNN, , BRRR, etc). He is a true “add value” specialist renovating both vacant and non-cash flowing assets for huge value gains in both appreciation and cash flow. He is currently renovating a 22-unit and 32-unit apartment complex inside of Detroit both purchased at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
