How to Qualify using DSCR Financing without Using Long Term Rental Income
HINT: stabilized bridge loan
I got turned down for a DSCR loan for a property that I am in contract to purchase in Joshua Tree. The plan is to furnish and rent as a short-term rental. The lender said the DSCR is under 1 when they did their appraisal. How can I get this financed?
