After successful careers as a professional musician and in software development, Bill then spent 12 years in Haiti, starting a non-profit called Child Hope. When he returned to the States, he wanted to figure out how to create long-term cashflow.
That's when he got started in real estate investing. He quickly realized in order to reach his 1,000 door goal, he needed to get into multifamily investing.
He started his podcast to help people 50 and older create retirement plans through real estate investing.
