About Jens
Jens immigrated from Denmark in 1996 and after a successful career in IT.
Jens followed his passion for real estate and coaching and is now a full-time real estate investor and Certified High Performance Coach. He is currently a direct owner or General Partner in over 1,100 apartment units around the country, valued at over $100M.
As a Certified High Performance Coach, Jens has coached over 50
clients to higher levels of success in their business and personal lives through strategy, accountability, and personal growth.
Jens makes good use of the skills he developed during his IT career and provides value to his team with a focus on underwriting, systems, capital raising, and rehab management.
