Paul ultimately created a platform that does just this: TwnSqr. He even learned to code “on the side” while he was running his real estate business!

And it was usually the same five or six reasons. The impetus for TwnSqr was I wanted to buy more properties for my portfolio and I wanted to help my real estate agent friends and my real estate agent clients find more properties to sell. Plus I knew all the reasons why people were selling their house. I set out to create an algorithm to predict who was going to sell their house next. I taught myself how to code. I woke up at 3:00 AM for six months straight and worked with a coach from Upwork that I found overseas.”
