Our guest on this podcast is Hunter Jones, a real estate investor in Knoxville, Tennessee. He got his start in the summer of 2018 by wholesaling houses and purchasing multifamily properties. Over the last three years, Hunter has been a part of over 30 single family home transactions and acquired over 100 multifamily units through syndications.
Most recently, Hunter has transitioned into the self-storage industry and owns a 10k square foot self-storage facility with his brother. He is currently on the look out to acquire more.
